The CID allows Apollo Hosting personnel to track support history from tickets, chat, and phone in one location, giving techs the ability to know if customers have open support tickets whenever they contact us.
This new Customer Information Database is an exciting innovation from Apollo Hosting that will improve Apollo Hosting's already excellent support services. "We've always been committed to providing the best support out there," states Apollo Hosting Director of Operations, Don McLeman.
