I really like bluehost. Have been using their servers for about 1.5 years now for hosting 6 different websites. They have by far been the most reliable virtual server supplier I have found (and believe me, I have made the rounds searching over many years...godaddy, gatorsomething, yeahhost [the absolute worst ever], etc. etc.) (overall impression 8.2/10)


Generally I have good things to say about Bluehost. Their (only) package is cheap, offers a huge amount of features and comes with impressive disc space and bandwidth. Their service department is, on the whole, very good too. They offer an online virtual chat facility that usually gets the customer straight to a technician and the staff seem knowlegable and helpful. Since I am not in the US, I have no experience of their toll-free phone service. I like the fact that the CEO has his own blog and does actually answer emails to his personal account. I signup bluehost early this month, i am very satisfied with bluehost hosting. Bluehost established since 1996, and hosted more than 250,000 sites. I had no problem of any until now, FTP access is reliable and fast, website is loaded fast, and no downtime detected yet. I also find their bluehostforum.com very useful in getting helps. That is who I use, haven't had a problem yet. You get alot for a cheap price and good service. Never had any downtime to my site and they answer my questions and don't make you feel like an idiot. My only problem with them is, if you develop a question over the weekend, you won't get an answer until Monday, since they aren't there on the weekends. But that is my only complaint. I also like that if you register a domain through them, shich is free with the package, you can opt to have bluehost privacy. So if someone uses whois, it'll shoe bluehosts address and contact information, instead of yours, but it is still your domain to use and transfer anytime you want. (overall impression 9.8/10)


BlueHost was highly recommended by my fellow PPP posties. And so far, so good. I’ve been bugging their support department since this was my first time to switch hosts using the same site and domain. I wanted to make sure everything is transferred and working right. Their support department was very helpful except for this one guy. But I’m not gonna dwell on that. Their live chat is open 24/7 and you can contact them by phone as well. Their current plan offers 200GB of host space and 2000GB bandwidth. Now I don’t even have to use photobucket to host some of my images! (overall impression 9.8/10)


I have been in the web business for 7 years now and have never been as pleased with a hosting company as I am with Bluehost. In the past, shortly after signing up with a new hosting company I would be searching for a new one due to down time and poor customer service. This is not the case with Bluehost. The service I receive at Bluehost combined with the features offered in your hosting packages really make me feel like I am getting the most bang for my buck. Our experience with Bluehost has been exceptional. We run a multi-player online roleplaying game, and bluehost handles the heavy load with few problems, those minor issues that we have had were not only solved to our satisfaction, but quickly and efficiently. Furthermore, as a game owner, disgruntled players can often get nasty, and complain to the host. Unlike our former host, bluehost handles these situations professionally, bearing in mind who's paying the bills. It gives us a GREAT feeling of comfort knowing we will not lose our account (and our livelyhood) because some teen-ager had his starship destroyed in our game, as happened with our previous host. One of the many reasons why I choose bluehost is because it is user friendly and the price is competitive considering the amount of disk space quota and other supporting service. I have try other webhosting services, the price is about the same with bluehost but i encounter disk space shortage and limited web support service. The most fearsome factor is you need a PhD in computer science to configure your website They are very concerned about you having reached disk space quota and send you reminder to increase the space quota. Very Caring Indeed!. Anyway I have recommended bluehost to a few of my business associates. Good work ! Keep it up Matt! (overall impression 10/10)
