I was referred to Dot5 by several other hosting sites when looking for reliable hosting. I had never owned and operated my own website before so naturally I was a bit nervous. Dot5’s customer service department made sure I had nothing to worry about though. They slowly guided me through all the steps one at a time and made sure to explain everything in easy to follow terms. They seemed eager to answer all my questions; even the ones I thought were kind of silly. I greatly appreciate all the help Dot5 gave me to help me get started. Their staff was a pleasure to work with and in the event of any future problems I would not bother to look elsewhere or hesitate to call them. Service is just as much a part of the industry as the computers themselves are, good to see that there are companies that grasp that, Dot5 is one of them.

When my friend recommended Dot5, I was skeptical because of the low price. I have always been a firm believer of -you get what you pay for- so I didn’t expect much for $4.95 a month. Wow was I wrong. A little searching of their easy to navigate site showed me that Dot5 only uses the most advanced hardware and software for their servers, not to mention the tons of bonus software I would given when I signed up. I’ve been using them for a few months now and Dot5 has proven to be incredibly powerful, my site is up at all times and my download speeds are great. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such reliability from any host I’ve used. (overall impression 9.4/10)

The biggest difference compared with HostSave was plain speed. Super fast CGI execution, I simply fell off my chair when I saw it. HostSave's CGI execution was terrible. Note this is not the same as simple HTML downloading, because Hostsave would sit and think for hours about my Perl scripts which Dot5 was now doing in milliseconds (overall impression 9.8/10)

I've been caught by Dot5Hosting's good pricing, support , features and, most of all, the huge number of guides available. These are things that make a company trustable. They let you know everything about the company which is important before you join, so u can figure out if they're the right choice for you. My account was setup at light speed, has a very good quality admin console, domain available and fully working in less than 24 hours, outstanding download speed. I am a happy shopper! I've had no problems with this company, everything has gone smoothly. I'm very satisfied. They have really good customer service, helpdesk and support system, and they get back to you quickly. I did a lot of comparisons when I looked at web hosting. This is my first host and I'm completely satisfied. Server speed is extremely fast for downloading and uploads are always at my upload cap of 30k. The customer service is the best; my questions are answered in 2 hours usually, and their online support guy can help solve your problems. Downtime has never been a problem. If you need a host, get this one! Don't let the cheap prices fool you, you get more than what you pay for with Dot 5!

We were new to putting up a web site and needed a lot of help which the service dept took the time to lead us through a lot of it one step at a time.
