Two years ago I was elected to our local Town Council. I undertook the communications portfolio, as effective interaction with our largely seasonal residents was somewhat lacking.
We had decided our best way of communicating with our residents was via a website. After looking into various services, I decided upon dotCanada.
As I had never created a website before, I needed some help with managing uploading, and accessing our data.
The dotCanada tech staff are always readily available, very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Your staff go way beyond the normal scope of tech support and are very innovative to supply the perfect solution. It is truley a pleasure to have such great support at hand.

I have been a dotCanada member for almost 2 years. I have found your service to be all I could ask for. dotCanada offers 24 hour technical support (which I have used on occasion).
Their systems are compatible with any program I have used, the system uploads my files easily and anytime I have had a problem with the account they have been more than willing to accommodate me with fixes on their end. (overall impression 9.8/10)

The last comment sums up dot canada’s service… It’s horrible. I’ve had problems since day one as well. They are VERY slow. There customer service is great but it’s too bad I have to call them so often. There hosting package sucks. there is no other way to describe it. Even though it’s cheap, it’s a complete waste of money. (overall impression 4.8/10)
