I purchased hosting servervices from the top 3 hosting providers available today. It didnt take me long to see the HOSTMONSTER.COM (overall impression 8.6/10)

I've been hosting with them for about 2 months as of now.
First off, there cpanel sucked! BUT! They just updated it yesterday, and now it looks ssssssssssssssssoooooooooooooooo much better.
About there customers support.
I've been reading some pretty bad reviews on this, and they were all dated back in 2006. Never had I have a support ticket waited 10 days or longer. (But lately, probably because of something, I had that happen to 2 of my support tickets, maybe something just happened to them). But, beyond that, if you ever need help, at the most, you can use there live chat for ASAP support, that's why support ticket take up to 24 hours for response. Lucky me, when ever I get support via there live support system, I always get Ryan 2 but he always seems to help me, and express his opinions about certain support question (Whether they are obvious or not). Never have I gone by a support request that can't be answered or they don't get into your cpanel and fix it/do it for you.

I'll skip the features. You can do a quick comparison with other hosting plans, services. The features are very competitive at the price they advertise. Price cost is extremely attractive (or so you think). Support is definitely excellent. At the very least, a published support line and on-line chat that I've never had to wait for over 5 times on about 10 support calls/requests I've made. Yet, I just found out one extremely nagging limitation. They set a limit of 50 emails/hr. You can have the limit raised to 500 emails/hr. 500 emails sounds like a lot, no? The truth is, it's a horrible limitation if you need to send customized emails to 1000 users... what do you do? Internet is about marketing, advertising, support... email is one major tool for marketing. On top of all this, you will not be aware of this feature until you hit the limit. I've been with Hostmonster for almost 6 months now... I was a satisfied customer. Until this email issue, now I am forced to reconsider. No, I am not a spammer, in fact, I've sent a total of
about 2000 emails combined the past 5 months. Now our biz is taking off
and growing with 1000+ registered users, how can I send customized email to all users? (overall impression 8.8/10)

Hostmonster is the best ! I love their customer support. their hosting packages allow me to host unlimit domains with 200 GB of space, 2 TB of BW and a price of 4.95/month. The server is reliable, nice, fast, secure. On top of this, I have full control over my site. I recommend hostmonster to whoever want to begin with the hosting stuff or experts. Come to hostmonster, your site will be nice and protected. (overall impression 9/10)

It's a very high quality and cheap hosting. For 5.95$ you can get almost everything you can immagine. 300 GB is very much space, 3 TB traffic could be bigger or unlimmited but still it's very good. You get one free domain, and unlimited sub- and add-on domains. You also get u/l mail and FTP accounts. 100 MySQL and 100 PortageSQL databases, and support of every programming language. You also get SSH acces. You've got a 24/7 tech support. For me it's the best hosting option cause it's cheap and high performance.

Everything worked as it should except my autoloading flash movies took up to 13 seconds to play instead of 1-2 seconds on my UK based dedicated server. So the small files loaded fast but the big file loaded slow.
