Support takes 20-30 minutes to pick up, dont bother with email support. Vdeck console works okay, but subdomain manager is misconfigured. Forget getting Gpg to work. The technical support team has no idea how it works(and it's broken server-side). In short, the $1-2 you save a month by going with this terrible company is not worth it! Buyer Beware! The html pages work fine but anything involving a database is absolutely useless. My site as well as literally TONS of others have the same complaint day in and day out of how slow the websites are. A lot of times they don't even display. If you just have a simple static html page, it's fine. If you use a database forget it. They are terrible. With them for 6+ years. Last year I moved servers to get new features and higher quotas. 1 yr later they have taken away disk quota and are telling me to move again, or pay them to move me. + major down-time lately. Straw broke camels back. (overall impression 6/10)

I have been with IPower for over one year. I have had very quick response to the few issues that I have had over the year. I have had just about perfect up time of my website. I love IPower and would recommend it. (overall impression 9.6/10)

Simply put... The only way you will like iPowerWeb is if you are a masochist. They WILL lie to you, neglect to provide you with the service you paid for and never get back to you. So, if you like that kind of abuse, well... Seek help. Just don't do it. (overall impression 2.8/10)

I dont usually do these rating things, but these guys were really good to me so far. I've had two tech questions so far, and both were answered in minutes(they have a chat gizmo that I really like) and by email, even at night. The uptime has been really good, webmail is good, startup was like 4 clicks. I'm only doing the 7.95 plan, but I'm sure I'll boost up soon. these guys are polite, and the servers and setup are really squared away. I'm a Unix sys. admin by trade. It's pretty cool to pay 8bucks and have setup so easy. (overall impression 9.8/10)

You guys are incredible. I currently have around 5 accounts with you and I am extremely satisfied. You have excellent customer service and great products. I've tried many other servers and they prove to be like the stock market (crashing every other day). Although, you guys are great. If I could pick one work to describe you it would be reliable. I saw that ipowerweb was rated #1 at many review sites and forums. However, I was still blown away with how good their support was at the excellent pricing they charge. I get more space, more emails, faster server, for half of what I was paying before! I definitely recommend them.
