In general I am satisfied with their service but I think that they can improve some things. (overall impression 7.6/10)

The first sign of trouble was when I called their 800 number and the woman told me yourserving has not been a client of theirs in months. So they have no phone support. I emailed them. They did get back to me right away, but wait keep reading. I had a problem transferring my files. I looked all over for directions and read what I could find. I was using front page so I read those directions. I did a search and did not find any complaint on them so I thought they were o.k. My Final Overall YourServing Rating: 1/10 (overall impression 1/10)
