I was referred to Your-Site.Com by a friend that swore by it. I was initially reluctant because I thought that any service priced this low was probably slow and unreliable. Boy was I wrong! I have yet to see any down time whatsoever and have even added two other websites to my account. Speed is never a problem and the services are very easy to use, even for someone like myself that's really computer incompetent. Every question and concern that I've had has been answered personally in a timely manner by the staff and I thank them for that (overall impression 8.8/10)

Longtime customer. Response of servers has been getting worse and worse. Email went down 6 days ago and has been up sporadically (once or twice a day we can get email). Customer Service tells us, essentially, stop bothering us. (overall impression 9/10)
